Is it safe to send original paintings?
Inmaculada López Hern´´andez's original paintings are shipped in sturdy MDF boxes, designed to ship art around the world, and are delivered directly to the requested address. Each box will contain packaging materials that meet strict guidelines to keep the artwork firmly in place during its journey and will be hermetically sealed. IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for import duties and taxes.
Is there a return/refund policy?
First and foremost, we are committed to ensuring 100% satisfaction for our collectors. If there is a problem with your order, please visit our contact page so we can find a solution together.
Upon receiving your original painting, we will give you seven 7 days to decide whether you want to keep that artwork or return it for a refund. We also require that all returned artwork be shipped within three 3 days of confirming with us that the artwork will be returned.
Please note that if you do not notify us of your intention to return the work within 7 days of receipt or if you do not submit the work within 3 days of notification, you will not be eligible for a refund.
You may return any original artwork as long as it is sent back to its origin in exactly the same condition and packaging. If you have already disposed of the original packaging, you will be responsible for purchasing similar packaging materials to safely return the artwork to us.
Once we receive the item and make sure it is not damaged, we will issue your refund immediately.
How do I track my order?
Tracking information is sent to your email address once your order has been shipped. Most all orders will be delivered within 10 to 15 days of purchase. If there are any changes or delays, we will be sure to let you know.
Our shipments are packaged by trained professionals with experience in fine art packaging and transportation. Inmaculada personally oversees every box that leaves the studio, ensuring that each painting is safely packaged and ready to travel the world.
When receiving an order, we ask that you always inspect the box/package before opening it. If you see any damage that you suspect may have compromised the products inside, be sure to photograph it before opening the package. If your artwork arrived damaged, please provide appropriate details and images.
If your package is marked as "Delivered" on the tracking platform but is nowhere to be found, please check your confirmation email first to make sure you have provided the correct shipping address. If you believe the order has been stolen, please provide proof of the matter.
In both cases, we will work with the appropriate authorities, presenting the evidence you gathered, to achieve accountability and subsequent refunds. Please be patient with us and remember that we have no control over the treatment of your package during transit; It is as annoying for us to see potentially damaged parts as it is for you to receive them.
